We cut uncoated Tyvek® 1073B sheets to your shape in our ISO Class 8 cleanroom. Sheets come in custom shapes with rounded corners. There is no minimum order, and sheets typically ship in 2–3 weeks, so a prototype batch or a small production run is easy to place.

What it's for
Uncoated Tyvek® has no heat-seal coating of its own. It suits jobs where the sheet does not need to seal to a rigid tray, or where the mating material carries the sealant.
Tyvek® lets sterilant gas pass through while acting as a barrier to microorganisms. The sheets are compatible with EtO, gamma, and e-beam. Validate the sheet in your own package and cycle.
We cut each sheet to your spec or dimensions. Rounded corners avoid sharp points that can catch on or scuff other packaging layers.

Ordering
Share a spec or CAD file, your customer's spec with its part number and revision, or a sketch or sample part if you don't have a spec yet. Tell us the tray or pouch it goes with and your sterilization method.
For a new design, ask about samples. We cut prototypes from the production material in weeks, not months, so you can test fit and seal early. For a part that is already validated, we cut first articles to check against the approved spec. A first-article inspection report is available on request.
No minimum order on parts we cut. Production typically ships in 2–3 weeks from your PO, and reorders are cut to the same spec revision and material.
