We die-cut Tyvek® lids, HDPE cards, film parts and sheets in our ISO Class 8 cleanroom. We supply the rollstock, pouches and bags that complete the system, sourced from qualified manufacturers in North America and Europe. Everything goes on one quote, one PO and one invoice.

Die-cut lids seal onto rigid trays in PETG, PVC, HDPE, HIPS, and PP, with a pattern heat-seal coating. We cut them in-house from heat-seal coated Tyvek® 1073B, the heaviest and strongest medical Tyvek® grade, so they suit heavy or sharp devices such as orthopedic implants and surgical kits. Choose them with or without a peel tab, printed or unprinted.

Mounting cards (also called insert cards) are rigid, 100% virgin HDPE, 10–35 mil (0.25–0.89 mm), for chevron pouches and rigid trays. Film components are flexible medical-grade HDPE/LDPE, 28–60 µm (≈1.1–2.4 mil), for liners, protective layers, and interleaves. We cut both in-house, so they ship with your lids and sheets.

Uncoated Tyvek® sheets are cut in-house to custom shapes with rounded corners. They have no heat-seal coating and are compatible with EtO, gamma, and e-beam. Order a few sheets for a prototype or a full production run. There is no minimum order.

If you run your own lidding, pouch-making, or form-fill-seal equipment, you need material on the roll. We supply heat-seal coated Tyvek® 1073B, 1059B and 2FS, medical-grade sterilization paper, coated medical paper, cold-seal paper, and medical-grade HDPE/LDPE film. Order it on the same purchase order as your die-cut lids and cards.

100% cellulose medical-grade sterilization paper, with grades for steam, EtO, and gamma.
Heat-seal coated medical-grade paper with grid, allover, or pattern coatings for a clean peel with minimal fiber tear.
Paper with a cohesive cold-seal coating that seals without heat. Suited to gloves, dressings, and syringes.
Medical-grade HDPE/LDPE film rollstock, 28–60 µm (≈1.1–2.4 mil), for pouch and bag making, form-fill-seal webs, and liners.

Chevron pouches have a V-shaped seal that starts a controlled, low-force peel. Choose Tyvek® for a clean, low-particulate peel, paper for economy and print, or foil for a near-total barrier to oxygen, moisture, and light. Header bags carry bulky or heavy devices and kits. Pair any of them with HDPE cards cut in our cleanroom.
