Ordering
- Send a tray spec or CAD file and we will cut prototype lids in weeks, not months.
- Matching a lid that's already validated? Send the lid spec, its revision and the material callout, and we cut to it as written.
- There is no minimum order, and production typically ships in 2–3 weeks from your PO.

Compatibility depends on grade, coating, and your process. Validate in your own sterilization cycle.
Options
- Tabbed for easy peel. A corner or side peel tab that gloved hands can grip to start the peel.
- Printed or unprinted. Order lids plain or printed. Tell us what the print needs to show when you request a quote.
- Custom die-cut shapes. We die-cut each lid to your tray spec or CAD file and supply them as eaches, ready for your sealer.
- Tray materials. Our lids seal to PETG, PVC, HDPE, HIPS, and PP trays. Confirm with seal trials on your tray and sealer.
- Sterilization. Compatible with EtO, gamma, and e-beam. Validate the lid in your own sterilization cycle.
- Packed for your cleanroom. Counted and double-bagged in our cleanroom, 100 per bag or your count, with a lot label on each bag and carton.
