Compatibility depends on grade, coating, and your process. Validate in your own sterilization cycle.
Options
- Custom die-cut shapes. We die-cut cards to your spec or CAD file, shaped around your device and sized for your pouch or tray.
- Thickness. Choose a thickness from 10 to 35 mil (0.25 to 0.89 mm). Thinner cards flex more. Thicker cards keep longer or heavier devices flat.
- Pre-cut or rollstock. Order finished die-cut cards, or plain HDPE web on rolls, wound on plastic cores, for lines that cut their own cards.
- Sterilization. Compatible with EtO, gamma, and e-beam. Validate the card in your own package and cycle.
- Packed for your cleanroom. Counted and double-bagged in our cleanroom, 100 per bag or your count, with a lot label on each bag and carton.
